Booth agents of Congress have admitted that many cross-votings have taken place. Satyanarayana Raju, a Congress booth agent in Dilshuk Nagar, Hyderabad said that the 40% of 'Congress voters' have voted against the party and twelve out of eighteen cadres in his booth have supported 'other' parties
