NDTV predicts 28 seats for Congress in Andhra

Last two weeks local and national media were writing-off congress party in Andhra. If this has de-moralised the Congress and YSR's supporters, the NDTV opinion poll comes as a breather. NDTV predicts 28 seats for Congress, 13 for TDP+ and JUST ONE FOR CHIRANJEEVI.
