The most beloved Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in recent times – Dr YSR died in a tragic accident. The most possible contenders for the top post now are
Jagan Mohan Reddy (son-of YSR)
K Rossiah (Finance minister)
Jaipal Reddy (Union minister)
Daggubatti Purandeshwari (Union minister)
Sabitha Indra Reddy (Home minister)
Who will be the choice of Rahul and Sonia? The state citizens are keeping their fingers crossed. They have decided to make YSR as Chief Minister now fate has made the Gandhi family to impose their candidate on Andhra.
Jagan looks an obvious choice for next Andhra Chief Minister. People voted for Congress for his father and not for the party! He should be the heir-apparent.
The other factors that Congress might look at is Telangana – this was an irritation for Congress. Will they propose a CM from Telangana.
Yet D. Purandeshwari could be a Smart choice! She has won over many as a union minister. She could easily become a wise CM

ReplyDeleteIt is sheer common sense that YSR used a little bit of brain and lot of money to win the elections.His party funded many of the PRP and Lok satta candidates especially in telangana and also used load of money. Before elections he planned well and created thousands of fake ration and voter cards in each and every constitutency. I went to vote with my pasport at 11. All my family is in US but all votes already polled using fake voter id cards. He was only successful in making a mockery of democracy using greedy and make a quick buck types like PRP and Lok satta. despite all this fraud and money my local MLA won only with 5000 votes majority and became a minister.All this talk of people wanting him is just a creating of media. TV9, NTV, etc have usurped govt lands worth thousands of crores in center of the city. Now they just want congres to continue so that they can grab more and retain whatever already grabbed. The reality is not more than 15 percent out there are with congress. !!!111
ReplyDeleteIf free and fair elections are held leave alone jagan's faction, congress wont have more than 40 to 50 MLAs. But long as naveen chawla is there no worries for congress. he can rig all the elections. Right now Madam is making rigging err eleciton arraogement for two other states. Madam took so much trouble in retaining Naveen despite all the criticism and he helped rig the polls large scale with fake cards, money, liquor, EVM manipulation. Now wouldnt madam feel insulted if KVP wants to take all the credit for YSR and toadies like himself.
