A non-Congress Prime Minister from UPA?
All UPA allies have joined hands to make a non-Congress leader as the next prime minister, which they believe the Congress party and Sonia Gandhi has to support. Mulayam Singh and Lalu Prasad have joined in Bihar/UP where they have shared 115 seats between themselves and Paswan.
Another partner for them came in the form of NCP, the party of yesteryear congress strong-man Sharad Pawar. He is pinning hopes of becoming the next prime minister.
With the big four forming a separate group, the Congress has been reduced to minority in the UPA
